Pet Policy
The Grove on Main is a pet-friendly community! We require a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Limit of 2 pets and there is a 50 lb weight limit per pet. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. These include Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
